I sold the old Proton for double that amount (10.3K). <br /><br />Anyway, I just smile when friends around me complain about not having enough money to spend because they have to pay for house loan, bills and car loan. At least I don't have to worry about car loan. And these friends are so proud to show off their new cars. I paid off my car in 3 years and it's now 8 years old and still looks rather new. I maintain it well and suppose can use it for another 8-10 years maybe. Save me so much money ... can't imagine taking out another loan for a new car. After all, a car is just for getting from point A to point B.
